Developmental Food Chairman of BOD Ashry Al-Ashry resigns, Anas Al-Amoud replaces him

Development Works Food Co. announced its Board of Directors’ decision approving the resignation of the Chairman of the Board, His Excellency Mr. Ashry bin Saad Al-Ashry – Non-Executive, from the presidency and membership of the Board due to his special circumstances.

As well as approving the appointment of Mr. Anas bin Salih bin Ibrahim Al-Amoud as Chairman of the Board of Directors (independent).

Mr. Anas bin Salih bin Ibrahim Al-Amoud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Finance from Kansas State University, USA. He has more than 15 years of experience in business management, governance and compliance. He also held several positions in the financial sector.
