Saudi Azm BOD member Feras Aljuraywi resigned, Omar AlSanidi replaced him

Saudi AZM for Communication and Information Technology Company announced on Sunday that the Board of Directors issued its decision by passing, accepting the resignation of Mr. Feras bin Khalid Aljuraywi from his position as a Board member (non-executive), and appointing Mr. Omar Bin Fahad Alsunidi, a member of the Board of Directors (independent) from 06 -07-2023 until the end of the current Board’s term.

Mr. Omar bin Fahad AlSanidi boasts an extensive professional background in governance and the financial sector. He previously held the position of Director of Corporate Governance at the Capital Market Authority. Currently, he occupies the role of Governance Director at a prominent Saudi Arabian company listed in the banking sector.

Mr. AlSanidi holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. Additionally, he has earned a bachelor’s degree in law from the Saudi Electronic University, further augmenting his knowledge base. Moreover, he has achieved a master’s degree in finance from Wollongong University in Australia; in addition, he has obtained a myriad of professional certifications, fortifying his standing within the industry.

Mr. Omar is considered one of the distinguished national scientific competencies in his field of specialization, and he has pioneering contributions in the fields of the financial sector and its governance.
