SIECO agrees to appoint an auditor for the company

Saudi Industrial Exports Company announced on Wednesday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly (Second Meeting) held on Tuesday 4-07-2023 at 8:30 pm through modern technology means, in which it was approved to appoint El Sayed El Ayouty & Co, the Company’s auditor from among the candidates based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, to examine, review and audit the financial statements for the current year 2023 (second quarter, third quarter and annual statements) and the first quarter of 2024, and determine his fees.
