Eastern Cement GA approves BOD recommendation of distributing interim cash dividends for FY 2023

The Board of Directors of Eastern Province Cement Co. announced the results of the 10th Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (Second Meeting), which was held on Sunday, whereas the results included approval of authorizing the Board of Directors to distribute interim cash dividends to the shareholders on biannual or quarterly basis for the financial year 2023.

The General Assembly also approved amending the Policy of Remuneration of the board of directors, board of committees and executive management, as well as approval amending the company’s bylaws according to the new companies’ bylaws.
