AMAK distributes SAR 64.7 million cash dividend for first half

Almasane Alkobra Mining Company (AMAK) announced its Board of Director’s decision to distribute SAR 64.7 million cash dividends to its shareholders for the first half of the financial year 2023, with a nominal value of the share of 10%

The company said that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 64.7 million shares, with SAR 1 dividend per share. The eligibility of dividend shall be for the shareholders who own the shares at the close of the market on Monday 05.06.2023 (eligibility date), and who are registered in the Company’s shareholders register at Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
