Saleh Al-Khalaf resigns from Herfy Foods Audit Committee

Herfy Company for Food Services announced the decision of the Board of Directors (by circulation) on 05/30/2023 AD corresponding to 10/11/1444 AH to accept the resignation of Audit Committee member Saleh Moqbel Al-Khalaf (a member from outside the Board) from his membership in the Audit Committee, provided that it applies Resignation as of 06/1/2023 AD corresponding to 11/12/1444 AH, due to his practical ties that may prevent him from carrying out his duties as a member of the committee.

The Board of Directors extends its thanks and appreciation to Salih Moqbel Al-Khalaf for his efforts during his membership in the Audit Committee, wishing him continued success.
