AME completes ownership transfer of 10.2% of its shares and deposits them in Ezdihar Medical investment portfolios

AME Company for Medical Devices announced the transfer of ownership of part of the shares of AME Company for Medical Devices owned by the Ezdihar Al Awwal Medical Company, amounting to seven hundred and fourteen thousand two hundred and ninety-four (714,294) shares, representing (10.2%) of the shares of AME Company for Medical Devices, to the portfolios of the current partners, and this also resulted in a change in the list of major shareholders of AME Company for Medical Devices on the Tadawul website.
This comes in reference to the announcement of AME Company for Medical Devices on 12.04.2023, regarding its receipt of a letter from Ezdihar Al Awwal Medical Company (the “Company”), indicating the company’s intention to transfer part of the shares of AME Company for Medical Devices owned by the company, amounting to seven hundred and fourteen thousand, two hundred and ninety-four (714,294) shares, representing (10.2%) of the shares of AME Company for Medical Devices, and depositing them in the investment portfolios of the current partners of Ezdihar Al Awwal Medical Company according to their current ownership percentages.
