BCI signs MoU to supply chlorine, caustic soda and hydrochloric acid to Italmatch

Basic Chemical Industries Co. announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Italmatch company, to supply chlorine, caustic soda and hydrochloric acid to Italmatch factories in the Plaschem complex in Jubail Industrial City for two years

The signing of the memorandum of understanding aims to establish frameworks between the two parties to discuss a supply contract for chlorine, caustic soda and hydrochloric acid.

The company stated on Tuesday on Tadawul that the financial impact cannot be determined at this stage and any material developments will be announced in due course.
