SATORP approves distribution of USD 450 million cash dividend to shareholders for 2022

Arabian Aramco Total Services Company (AATSC) announced that the shareholders of its parent company, Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP), resolved on May 14, 2023 to distribute four hundred and fifty million US Dollars (USD 450,000,000.00) in aggregate, as dividend for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 to SATORP’s shareholders, namely, Saudi Arabian Oil Company and Total Energies Refining & Chemicals Saudi Arabia SAS Limited.
