NADEC GA approves contracts & business concluded with relevant parties

The Board of Directors of the National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) announced the results of the 36th Ordinary General Assembly meeting (1st meeting), which was held via modern technology means at 07:00 pm on Wednesday 03.05.2023.

The results of voting on the assembly’s agenda were as follows:

–              Approval of contracts and business concluded with the Saudi Plastic Company for Packaging Systems, one of Takween Group companies, in which Mr. Saleh bin Hassan Al-Afaleq, a former member of the board of directors, has an indirect interest. These contracts and business involve the purchase of plastic materials for the company (NADEC). Noting that the transaction has a value of SAR 28,217,191 and will last for a full year in accordance with the contract terms.
