Taleem Reit distributes cash dividends of SAR 8.2 mln for Q1 to Fund unitholders

Saudi Fransi Capital announced the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of Taleem REIT Fund for the period from 1st January 2023 to 31st March 2023, with total dividends of SAR 8,160,000, provided that the amount of dividends distributed per unit is 0.16 SAR, with distribution ratio of 1.5 % of the net assets value, and with distribution ratio of the net assets value as on 31.12.2022

The company stated on Wednesday on Tadawul that the number of outstanding units on which cash distributions will be distributed is 51,000,000 shares, and that the eligibility of dividends shall be for unitholders according to the shareholders records as of 07.05.2023

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
