Allianz SF GA approves contracts and business to be concluded with relevant parties

The Board of Directors of Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Company announced the results of the ordinary General Assembly meeting (the First meeting), which was held on Tuesday evening at 6:30 PM on 02.05.2023 via modern technology means.

Voting Results:

–              Approval of contracts and business to be concluded between Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Company and Banque Saudi Fransi and its subsidiaries, where Mr. Mazen Al-Tamimi (a member of the previous Board) and Mr. Bader AlSalloom, a member of the Board of Directors of Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Company and CEO of Banque Saudi Fransi, has indirect interests, which are the management of the asset portfolio, and there are no preferential conditions in these contracts and agreements, knowing that the total value of these contracts and agreements in 2022 amounted to SAR 487 mln.
