‎“SPIMACO ADDWAEIH” recommends not distributing cash ‎dividends for 2022‎

SPIMACO pharmaceutical manufacturing facility (SPIMACO ADDWAEIH) announced the recommendation of the Board of Directors not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending on 12-31-2022, as a result of the company achieving losses in the fiscal year ending on 12-31-2022.

The company said that the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to distribute cash dividends for the fiscal year 2022 will be presented to the General Assembly for a vote, whose date will be determined later, after obtaining approval for its convening from the official authorities.
