BOD of AME Recommends to distribute cash dividends of SAR 14 mln for fiscal year 2022

The Board of Directors of AME Company for Medical Supplies unanimously decided to approve the recommendation to the General Assembly to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the fiscal year ending 12.31.2022, with a total amount of SAR 14,000,000 mln, provided that the value of each dividend share shall be SAR 2 per share, with a Percentage of Dividend to the Share Par Value of 20%.

The company stated that the Number of Shares Eligible for Dividends shall be 7,000,000 shares, while the distribution date shall be within 15 days from the date of approval by the General Assembly of the dividend distribution resolution, in accordance with the Executive Bylaws of the Companies Law for Listed Joint Stock Companies.

The eligibility of the cash dividends shall be for the shareholders who own the shares on the due day, and who shall be registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Depository Centre at the end of the second trading day following the day of the company’s general assembly (the due day). The date of the General Assembly of Shareholders shall be determined after obtaining the regulatory approvals, through which the Board of Directors’ recommendation in this regard shall be approved.
