Allianz S.F announces resignation of audit committee member, Dr. Abdullah Bin Saghaier Al-Husseini

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Company announced the resignation of the Audit Committee member Dr Abdullah Bin Saghaier Al-Husseini (Independent Member) on 19.03.2023 due to other business commitments, noting that Dr Abdullah shall continue to be associated as a Board Member and the Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee with Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance.

Note that the company’s Board of Directors approved the acceptance of the resignation on 19.03.2023, provided that it shall take effect as of 20.04.2023.

On behalf of the members of the Board, The Chairman of the Board of Directors extended his thanks and appreciation to Dr Abdullah Al-Husseini for his work that contributed to the success of the company during the previous years that he spent in his capacity as Chairman and member of the Audit Committee.
