Baladi BOD Hamed Al-Qahtani resigned, Saad Alshahrani replaces him

Balady Poultry announced on Monday that the board of directors has accepted the reignition of its board member Dr. Hamed Ali Hamd and appointed Saad Dhafer Saeed Alshahrani as the new board member

Saad Dhafer Saeed Alshahrani obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Education King Saud University, and also obtained a Higher Education Diploma Cairo university. He is the owner and founder of Bin Hizam Trading Company.

He is also a partner and founder of Altanmiah Alawla for manufacturing.

The Board has expressed their gratitude for Dr. Hamed’s effort and contribution during his membership.

Board Approval May not be Deemed Final, this Appointment Shall Be Put before the First General Assembly Meeting for Approval.
