Knowledge Economic City appoints Basil Jabr as member of the BOD

Knowledge Economic City Company the “Company”, announced on Tuesday its Board of Directors resolution based on the recommendation of the Company Nomination Remuneration Committee appointing Mr. Basel Mohammad Binjabr as a new board member (Independent Member) in the vacant seat effective 6 March 2023 until the end of the current board cycle on 27 July 2024.

Mr. Basel Binjabr enjoys extensive experience of more than 25 years in areas of senior management, investment, strategic planning, and IT development. He also sits in the board of directors and committees for number of listed and closed joint stock companies operating different activities such as investment, real estate, financing and insurance.

Mr. Binjabr obtained his bachelor degree from King Saud University and master degree from Michigan, USA both degrees in business administration.
