Al Alamiya announces resignation of Chairman of BOD Abdulaziz bin Hassan

Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Co announced on Wednesday that the Board of Directors has approved via circulation on Tuesday, 28/02/2023, the resignation of Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulmohsin bin Hassan from the position as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, where it will take effect from 28/02/2023.
The reason for the resignation is due to the issuance of the Royal Decree for appointing him as a member of the Board of the Capital Market Authority.
The Board of Directors expressed its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Abdulaziz bin Hassan for his outstanding performance and great and appreciated efforts during his tenure as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company and wished him further progress and success in his career.
The Company explained that if there any further developments related to the appointment of the new replacement will be announced in due course.
