Al-Rajhi Takaful CEO Mahmoud Dahduli resigned, Saud Ghonaim replaces him

Al-Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance (Al-Rajhi Takaful) announced on Tuesday that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of the CEO of the company Mr. Mahmoud Salem Dahduli, on 21 February 2023, who submitted it on 21 February 2023 due to his personal circumstances, provided that it will be effective on 28 February 2023.

The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Saud Ghonaim Al Ghonaim as the CEO of the company, effective March 1st, 2023. This appointment was made after receiving non-objection from the Saudi Central Bank on February 27th, 2023.

The Chairman, members of the Board of Directors, and all employees of the company extend their thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Saleem Dahdouli and wish him continued success.

It should be noted that Mr. Saud Ghonaim Al Ghonaim holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Akron, USA. In addition, he has held multiple leadership roles during his tenure of more than 23 years. Recently, he served as the CEO of Emkan Finance Company.
