Qassim Cement BOD recommends distributing 54 mln cash dividend for the Q4 of 2022

Qassim Cement Co. announced on Monday the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute a SAR 54 million cash dividend to shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2022, equivalent to 6% of the nominal value of the share.
The Company explained that the number of Shares Eligible for Dividends is 90,000,000 Shares at 0.60 SAR per Share, provided that the eligibility is for shareholders who own the shares on the date of eligibility and who are registered in the company’s shareholders register at the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date on 21-03-2023, but the distribution Date will be on 05-04-2023.
Distribution will be through direct transfer to bank accounts linked to shareholders’ portfolios. Thus the company remind the shareholders to update their data with banks that have their accounts in to ensure that their future profits are deposited directly.
