ACWA POWER general assembly approves amendment of association articles related to increase and decrease of capital

ACWA Power Company announced on Monday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) that was held yesterday, Sunday, through modern technology at the company’s headquarters, where the attendance rate was 87.42%.
Approving the amendment of Articles “15 and 16” of the company’s articles of association related to capital increase and reduction.
