SCCH signs MoU with Bioventure for potential licensing and supply pharmaceutical products in Middle East region

Saudi Chemical Company Holding (SCCH), through its pharmaceutical sector represented by AJA Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (AJA Pharma), announced on Thursday signing MOU with Bioventure FZ-LLC, a subsidiary of GlobalOne Healthcare Holding (GHH), for one year for potential licensing and supply of new additional selected pharmaceutical products in the Middle East region in the Saudi Export stand during Arab Health Exhibition 2023.
The MOU with Bioventure will focus on developing a variety of delivery forms, including complex to-develop formulations, including diabetes, oncology and biosimilars, therapeutic categories that are forecasted to be among the largest and fastest-growing within the global pharma sector over the coming years.
The Company explained today on Tadawul that the financial impact of this MOU will be determined later.
