Saudi Cable Company announces Appointment of the CEO

Saudi Cable Company announced on Wednesday the assignment of Mr. Nael S. Fayez as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company as of 01/02/ 2023 for one year based on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee and the approval by the Company Board of Directors on 01/31/2023.

The Chairman and Board of Directors of the company wish the CEO success by taking the company to new frontiers which will lead to the benefit of the shareholders.

Mr. Nael Fayez holds 20 years of experience in the fields of Macroeconomics, Strategy and Sustainability, where he held a variety of positions in the Private and Public Sectors. Also, he was a consultant for different entities.

Some of the positions he held were NEOM General Manager of Corporate Governance, Saudi Aramco Treasury, Co-founder and CEO of Sustainability Solutions Consulting, Founding CEO of INJAZ Saudi Program and led several projects in the fields of Strategy and Sustainability.

He holds a Bachelor and an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from the USA.
