Musharaka REIT distributes SR 17.6 mln cash dividends for second half to its shareholders

Musharaka Capital Company announced on Monday the distribution of cash dividends to the Musharaka REIT Fund shareholders for the period from July 01 to December 31, 2022, with total profits distributed SR 17,600,000, provided that the amount of dividends distributed per unit is 0.20 riyals, with a distribution ratio of 2.8% of the net asset value.
The company said today on “Tadawul” that the number of outstanding units on which cash distributions will be distributed with 88,000,000 shares, and the profit distribution will be paid within 30 working days from the due date.
The dividend distributions will be due to the shareholders according to the registration of the share ownership at the end of Tuesday 07/02/2023 (The end of the trading day 05/02/2023).
The fund manager would like to remind the shareholders to update their bank accounts to ensure that their due profits are deposited directly into their accounts.
