Assembly agenda:
1- To vote on the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends in the amount of (2,187,500) riyals to the shareholders for the fiscal year ending on 31-03-2022, and the share from the distribution is 1.25 riyals, representing 12.5% of the nominal value of one share, provided that the eligibility is for the owning shareholders for shares at the end of trading on the day of the General Assembly meeting. Those registered in the company’s shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the due date, the dividend distribution date will be announced later.
Shareholders Registered in the Issuer’s Shareholders Registry in the Depository Centre at the End of the Trading Session Preceding the General Assembly’s Meeting as per Laws and Regulations.
The quorum for this meeting will be the presence of shareholders representing a quarter of the capital. Suppose the necessary quorum for holding this meeting is not available. In that case, an invitation will be sent to a second meeting within thirty days following the previous meeting. In all cases, the second meeting will be valid regardless of the number of shares represented and in accordance with Article Thirty-One of the Company’s Articles of Association.
Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty services can vote remotely electronically on the assembly items, starting from one o’clock (1:00) in the morning on Wednesday, 02/8/2023, until the end of the meeting.
