Mohammad Al Subaie appointed CEO of Mouwasat, Mohamed Al Saleem Managing Director

Mouwasat Medical Services Company announced that its Board of Directors elected by the Ordinary General Assembly held on 22/12/2022 and which its results were announced on 25/12/2022 for its new session starting from 04/01/2023 for a period of three years ending on 03/01/2026 has decided in its meeting held on 05/01/2023 the following:

1. Appoint each of the following:

Mr. Mohammad Sultan Al Subaie as Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Nassir Sultan Al Subaei as Vice Chairman

Mr. Mohamed Soliman Al Saleem as Managing Director

Mr. Khalid Suliman Al Saleem as Vice Managing Director

1. Appointing the chairmen and members of the main committees emanating from the Board of Directors, namely:

– Executive Committee

– Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Note that the Audit Committee has been approved for its formation, tasks, work controls and remuneration for its members for the new session at the above-mentioned Ordinary General Assembly meeting.

1. Appointing company representatives for all purposes related to the application of laws and regulations for each of the following:

– CMA

– Tadawul

– Edaa

1. Appointment of Mr. Yousef Ahmad Suleiman as Secretary of the Board of Directors.
