Saudi Re approves election of two members to BOD

Saudi Reinsurance Company Announced the Results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (first Meeting) held after reaching the required quorum.
Election Results:
Approval of the election of two members of the Board of Directors for the newly created seats, starting from the date of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting on 02/01/2023 until the end of the current Board of Directors term on 05/10/2023 and their names are:
1- Abdulatif Ali Al-Fozan
2- Turki Salman Al-Sudairy
