Saudi Tadawul announced lifting suspension of Makkah Construction Company shares, starting from Sunday 06/08/1444 AH corresponding to 01/01/2023 AD, after announcing last Thursday the preliminary financial results for the period ending on 09/30/2022 AD, and based on Market powers stipulated in the listing rules

This comes as a reference to Tadawul’s announcement on 05/19/1444 AH corresponding to 12/13/2022 AD regarding the suspension of trading the shares of Makkah Construction and Development Company in the market, starting from 05/19/1444 AH corresponding to 12/13/2022 AD, due to its lack of commitment to publish the Its financial statements for the period ending on 09/30/2022 AD.
