Cenomi Retail announces amendment of its fiscal year and transformation plan

Cenomi Retail announced on Sunday its intention to execute this transition as follows:
1) The Company will issue “reviewed” financial statements for the period of the Third Financial Quarter (Three Months), which starts on 01-Oct-2022 and ends on 31-Dec-2022, during the regulatory publishing deadline that ends on 09-Feb-2023.
2) The Company will issue “audited” financial statements for the Short Annual Year (Nine Months), which starts on 01-Apr-2022 and ends on 31-Dec-2022, during the regulatory publishing deadline that ends on 31-Mar-2023.
3) After which and starting from the First Quarter (ending on 31-Mar-2023) of the Gregorian Calendar Year 2023, the Company will issue all financial statements for the financial periods from 2023 and beyond in a normal manner and in correspondence with the Gregorian Calendar Years, and during the regulatory publishing deadlines applicable to companies with fiscal year ends on 31 December.
The company clarified that the execution of this transition will not have any negative effects on the Company’s financial or operational performance
This comes with reference to the announcement made by Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (referred to as “Cenomi Retail” or the “Company”) on the Tadawul website on 29-12-2022 regarding the approval of the Shareholders Extraordinary General Assembly to amend article 43 of the Company’s Bylaws, which resulted in shifting the Company’s financial year end to December 31 instead of March 31.
