Saudi Re announces start of electronic voting on general items

The Board of Directors of the Saudi Reinsurance Company “Saudi Re” announced on Wednesday to its shareholders that the electronic voting will be available for shareholders registered in the (Tadawulaty) services website, starting from on Thursday 29/12/2022 and will continue until the end of the General Assembly time on Monday 02/01/2023.

This comes with reference to the Saudi Reinsurance Company’s “Saudi Re” announcement on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website dated 08/12/2022 regarding the invitation of its shareholders to attend the General Assembly Meeting (First meeting) which will be held virtually through means of modern technology scheduled at Monday 02/01/2023.
