Bupa Arabia provides health insurance services to SNB employees and their family members for one year

Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Sunday it has received, on 18 December 2022, the confirmation of the Saudi National Bank (SNB) to provide health insurance services to the bank’s employees and their families, for one year effective from 1 January 2023.

Bupa Arabia would like to draw the attention of the public to the fact that there is a related party to this contract; Ms. Huda Mohammed Nasser Bin Ghoson as she is an Independent Board Member at Bupa Arabia and an Independent Board Member at SNB. The contract is expected to have a positive impact to Bupa Arabia’s 2023 financial results as the initial value of the contract exceeds 1% of the 2021 Annual Gross Written Premium (GWP) of Bupa Arabia.

It explained that the total value of contracts resulting from this baptism to exceed 1% of the total premiums written for Bupa Arabia for the fiscal year 2021.
