YAQEEN appoints of Ahmed Alshabanah as BOD Chairman of Yaqeen ETF for Petrochemical and Saudi Stocks sectors

YAQEEN Capital announced on Tuesday a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of Yaqeen Petrochemical ETF and Saudi Stocks sectors.
The reason of change is resignation of Mr. Saleh Alomair and Mr. Moath Alkhasawneh (Non-independent members) and appointment of Mr. Ahmad Ibrahim Alshabanah.
The Members of the Fund Board after the Change:
1- Mr. Ahmad Ibrahim Alshabanah (Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund – Non-Independent) 2- Dr. Abdul Karim bin Hamad Al-Nujaidi (Independent Member)
3- Mr. Muhammad Bin Misfer Al-Maliki (Independent Member)
