Yanbu Cement BOD distributes SR118 mln cash dividends for H2

Yanbu Cement Company announced on Sunday the Board of Directors’ resolution to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the Second half of the financial year 2022. The total amount distributed is SR118,125,000. The percentage of dividend to the share par value (%) is 7.5 %.
The number of shares eligible for dividends is 157500000. The shares dividend per share is SR0.75. The eligibility of profits shall be for the shareholders who own the shares on the maturity day (Monday) 12/12/2022, and who are registered in the issuer’s shareholder register with the Securities Depository Centre Company at the end of second trading day following the date of maturity. The distribution date will be on Thursday 29/12/2022.
The company requests from all valued shareholders to update their bank data and to ensure that their bank account numbers are linked with their investment portfolios in order to ensure that their due profits are deposited directly into their bank accounts.
