Saudi Fisheries signs MoU with National Aquaculture Group ‎‎(NAQUA)‎‏

The Saudi Fisheries Company announcing that it signed ‎a ‎non-‎binding Memorandum of Understanding with the National ‎Aquaculture Group (NAQUA)‎‏‏‎ on ‎‎‏07‏‎-‎‏05‏‎-144‎‏4‏‎ AH, ‎corresponding to ‎‏01‏‎-‎‏12‏‎-202‎‏2‏‎ AD‎‏.‏‎ for a ‎period of six months ‎from the date of ‎the signature, and ‎can be extended. The ‎objective is to ‎consider future cooperation regarding animal ‎feed for fish and shrimp, and to ‎study all possible options for ‎cooperation in this field‏.‏

The company added in a statement that there are no related parties, and also there is no financial impact on the financial statements ‎currently. Any updates or developments will be ‎announced in due time.‎
