Sipchem BOD distributes SR1.09 bln cash dividends for H2 of 2022

Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) declared on 30 November, 2022 the Board’s approval of a dividend distribution for the second half period of 2022.
The total amount distributed is SR1,087,682,986.5, provided that the share of the share from the distribution is SR1.50, with a distribution ratio to the nominal share value of 15%.
The company said in a statement on Thursday on Tadawul that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 725,121,991 shares.
It added that the shareholders eligible to receive dividends are those who own shares on the maturity date: namely Monday, 05/12/2022, and are registered with the Securities Depository Centre Company (Depository Centre) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
The Company urges its shareholders to update their data and to make sure to link their bank accounts numbers to their investment portfolios to ensure receipt of their dividends.
