Sadarat sells assets, stocks of Sara Medical Supplies Factory, with netbook profit of SR3.2 mln

The Saudi Industrial Export Company announced on Sunday the approval of the decision of the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 23/11/2022 to close its branch (Sara Medical Supplies Factory) since the factory’s activity is not compatible with the company’s main activities, knowing that work has been suspended in the factory since 2020. This decision resulted in the sale of the assets and the existing inventory of the factory with a netbook profit of SR3,218,679.
