Dallah Health: Fahad Al-Rabiah resigned from membership of BOD and Remuneration and Nomination Committee

Dallah Healthcare Company announced on Wednesday that its Board of Directors has approved the resignation of the Board member, Dr. Fahad bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah, from the membership of the Board of Directors and Compensation and Remuneration Committee, effective from 15-11-2022 due to his personal reasons.
The Board of Directors of the Company expresses its gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Fahad bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah for his contributions during his membership time in the board of directors of the company.
