Alkhorayef announces purchase of building used as company general management headquarters for SR86.25 mln

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company announced on Sunday Purchase New Building was used for the headquarter of the company and for the company’s future needs.
The building will be built on plan No. 2413, located in Al-Sahafa District, with an area of 1,800 square meters, and consists of 10 floors, with a value of 86,250,000 riyals.
The company said in a statement on Sunday on Tadawul that this deal was financed by bank facilities granted by the Saudi Investment Bank, indicating that it expects that the financial impact of this deal will be reflected by an increase in the non-current assets item in the statement of financial position for the year ending on December 31, 2022.
The company will announce any future developments in this regard at the time.
