Tibbiyah announces resignation of Ramy Farahat, member of Audit Committee

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Company (“Tibbiyah”) announced on Tuesday that Mr. Rami Hassan Farhat resigned from his position as Audit Committee member; for personal reasons, effective 24th October 2022.

The Company Board accepts his resignation after collecting the Board members’ signatures on Monday 24th October 2022.

The Board of Directors will work to appoint a new member for the vacant position before the end of the current Audit Committee session, provided that the name of the new member will be announced subsequently in accordance with the regulations in force.
