Thimar GA authorizes BOD to file liability lawsuit against members of former board, as requested by shareholders

Thimar Development Holding Co. announced on Tuesday the results of the General Assembly Meeting (the First Meeting), which was held on Monday 17-10-2022, in the presence and through modern technology means.
Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:
1- Approval of authorizing the current board of directors to file a liability lawsuit against the former board members in their session from 6-3-2017 to 4-7-2021, and do all necessary legal procedures to implement it, according to the request of the shareholders.
