Saudi Arabia to host Gulf Forum for Entrepreneurs, organized ‎by “Monsha’at”‎

Under the patronage of the Minister of Commerce, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, and in the presence of a number of Their Excellencies, leaders of trade and industry in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, the capital Riyadh will host next Tuesday the work of the Gulf Forum for Entrepreneurs in its third edition, organized by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises “Monsha’at” and the participation of many entrepreneurs in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

The forum targets Gulf entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship support agencies, business incubators and accelerators, and financing agencies in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, with the aim of enabling entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium enterprises to expand in the Gulf.

The third edition of the forum seeks to motivate small and medium enterprises to delve deeper into their commercial activities, access investment opportunities, and benefit from successful Gulf pioneering experiences, in addition to exchanging experiences between those responsible for developing the sector, discussing its challenges, identifying available financing opportunities and alternatives, and the most appropriate Solutions to meet challenges and encourage innovation to boost economic growth.

The forum’s activities include several meetings and sessions, including: “The GCC Experience in Business Incubators”, “Examining the Enablers of the Financing Environment and Bold Investment for Entrepreneurs in the GCC Countries”, and “The Impact of Entrepreneurship and Innovation on the Food and Environmental Security of the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries” And review the “Entrepreneurial Opportunities for Entrepreneurs in the Gulf,” “Challenges Facing Entrepreneurs,” and “Expansion in the Gulf Countries and Know the Facilities Available for Entrepreneurs.”

The forum’s activities also include visits and field tours, during which the participating guests are acquainted closely with the most important features of the entrepreneurial environment in the Kingdom, and an integrated program for entrepreneurs that includes dialogue sessions, workshops and panel discussions, while it concludes with the annual meeting of Their Excellencies and Ministers of Trade and Industry in a discussion.
