Alinma announces resignation of Abdullah Al Dahayan, as Member of Retail REIT BOD

Alinma Investment Company announced on Thursday a change in the membership of the board of Retail REIT Fund due to resignation of board member Mr. Abdullah Sulaiman Al Dahayan (dependent).as of 11/10/2022.
Members of the Fund Board after the Change:
1- Mazen Baghdadi (dependent).
2- Sultan Al Qusair (dependent).
3- Mohammed Al Eisa (dependent).
4- Faisal Al Abdulkareem (dependent).
5- Haitham Hakeem (Independent).
6- Sulaiman Al Wateed (Independent).
