NADEC announces Saleh Al-Afaleq and Omar Almadhi resignation from BOD, appoints Ahmed Shahini and Ibrahim Al-Amer as their successors

The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) announced on Wednesday the resignation of Saleh bin Hassan Al-Afaleq – a non-executive member from his membership in the Board of Directors, the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, the Audit Committee, and the resignation of Omar bin Hamad Al-Madhi – an independent member from his membership in the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, the Audit Committee, This is on 04/10/2022.
Accordingly, the Board of Directors, in its meeting held on October 04, 2022, approved the resignation, and the Board also decided to appoint Mr. Ahmed Saud Shahini a non-executive member and Mr. Ibrahim Mohammed AL-Amer an independent member in the vacant position in the Board to complete the current session of the Council, which ends on 10/04/2024.
