Derayah Financial distributes SR17.5 mln profits for Derayah ‎REIT Unitholders for Q3‎

Derayah Financial Company announced the distribution of 17.5 million riyals in cash dividends to unit holders of Derayah REIT Fund for the maturity period for the third quarter of 2022 AD, equivalent to 1.91% of the net asset value.

The company stated that the number of existing units on the basis of which cash dividends will be made is 107.5 million units, at 0.160 riyals per unit.

The eligibility of cash dividends will be to unit holders registered with the Securities Depository Center Company, according to the unit holders’ register by the end of 10-16-2022, and the distributions will be paid within 20 working days from the due date, which will correspond to 11/13/2022 AD.

The Fund Manager also would like to remind unitholders to update their bank account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
