East Pipes GA authorizes BOD to distribute interim dividends for 2022-2023

East Pipes Integrated for Industry announced on Sunday the Results of the General Assembly Meeting, (First Meeting 2021-2022) which was held on Thursday, September 29, 2022, after completing the legal quorum for the validity of the assembly meeting according to the company’s articles of association. The percentage of attending shareholders is 71.84 %.
