Sumou Real Estate receives sale license for Al Samiya residential project in Al Madinah

The Sumou Real Estate Company announced on Thursday that it has obtained off plan sale license for Al Samiya residential project with No. 144/A and the company received the license on 28/9/2022.
This comes with reference to Sumou Real Estate Company announcement on Tadawul website on 22/08/2022 with respect to the signing of a development agreement for Al Samiya residential project with the National Housing Company in Al Madinah Al Munawara.
