Academy of Learning establishes real estate investment and development

Academy of Learning Company announced on Tuesday the approval of the Board of Directors at its meeting on Monday 19/09/ 2022, to establish a real estate investment and development company, a subsidiary of the Academy with limited liability, 100% owned by the company and headquartered in Riyadh city with a capital of one hundred thousand Saudi riyals, and aims at:
1- Establishing model educational and training branches for the academy.
2- Adding additional income to the academy through investing in the academy’s competitive advantage.
3- Investing the academy’s capital more efficiently.
4- Developing the environment surrounding the academy branches through the presence of shops (library, pharmacy, restaurants, cafés…) to be more stimulating to the academy’s clients, employees and tenants.
