Bawan GA approves election of 9 members to BOD

Bawan Company announced on Tuesday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (EGM) – First meeting, which was held on Monday 19th of September 2022 after reaching the quorum of 52.36%.
The Voting Results on the Agenda Items of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (first meeting) for Shareholders of Bawan Company which was Held on Monday 19/09/2022:
1. Approval of the election of the Board members from among the candidates for the next term, commencing from 26/09/2022, for a term of three years, ending on 25/09/2025, where the following were elected:
1- Mr. Abdullah Abdulatif Al-Fozan
2- Mr. Faisal Majid Al-Muhaideb
3- Mr. Fozan Mohammed Al-Fozan
4- Mr. Raed Ibrahim Al-Mudaiheem
5- Mr. Mohammad Abdulaziz Al-Ageel
6- Mr. Raed Ahmad Al-Mazrooa
7- Mr. Khalid Abdulrahman Al-Gwaiz
8- Mr. Abdulkarim Ibrahim Al-Nafea
9- Mr. Abdullah Abdulrahman Al-Rowais
