Alandalus announces latest developments related to Al-‎Jawhara Al-Kobra in Jeddah ‎

Al-Andalus Real Estate announced that the completion percentage in the Al-Jawhara Al-Kubra project in Jeddah (The Village), “the company owns 25%”, 89% representing: 100% of the structural work and concrete works, 93% of the electromechanical works, and 81% of facade works, and 81% of interior finishing works.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that, according to the latest report received from the developer partner, it is expected that the project implementation work will be completed during the fourth quarter of 2022 AD, and the operation of the project will be during the first quarter of 2023.
