Tihama submits application file to CMA for capital increase of SR350 mln

Tihama Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing Company announced on Monday that, Sunday 18-09-2022, the company submitted the application file to increase the capital via rights issue of SR350 million to Capital Markets Authority (CMA).
This comes with reference to the company’s announcement on Tadawul dated 31-08-2022 regarding the latest developments on Company’s announcement on Tadawul dated 08-02-2022 pertaining to the Board of Directors resolution dated 07-02-2022 to amend the Board’s recommendation related to increasing the company’s capital by SR350,000,000 to the Extraordinary General Assembly.
